Looking to create a fun free group to meet once a week to sweat, lose weight, and get in shape through two different group. Boxing for fitness and Mountain biking.
Group 1: train in Boxing, Krav Mega, Kick Boxing, or Martial Arts. I am a Blue belt in Krav Mega and 5 year boxer. looking for training partners. Happy to trade my knowledge with others who my know other skills. Not for beginners,must have at leave a year experience in a material art. Should have or get gloves and protective gear.
Group 2: mountain bike. Nothing extreme or advanced but not looking to ride on roads. Should have mountain bike with shocks to off roads. I want to get out in the wild ( don't want to see any homes or cars), ride over dirt, some rocks, etc. I am an athletic 44 year old who is putting on some pounds. Why pay a private trainer to motivate you. Nothing better then to have fun in a free group. As they say: time flies when you have fun and hopefully so does the calories.
Anyone looking to get in back in shape, loss some pounds, and sweat is welcome to join one of my groups or both. No fee is needed just a good attitude.
