Let's breathe! Breathwork is for anyone looking to release stress, silence your inner critic and full up with joy, compassion and gratitude. This is the practice that's going to change everything! It's the fastest way to reduce stress, increase productivity and balance your health, PERIOD!! Did I mention this work also boosts your immune system?! WOW!

Our community is supportive, nurturing and safe. This is a loving group of like-minded individuals coming together to support one another.

I will explain the powerful breathing technique, the many benefits and common physical and emotional responses. I then guide, inspire and assist you throughout the session. You'll be doing active breathing to my mind-blowing playlist which sounds incredible in these acoustics. We finish with a guided Heart Meditation, so you leave feeling open, joyful and grateful.
