Want to stay fit, lose weight, get out of the house more, meet new people and make new friends? We are a fun-loving group of people who likes to support each other and try new things. Some of the things we like to do are:

Walking, hiking, jogging, nature walks, dining, dancing, spiritual retreats, fitness training, weight management and diet.

Whether your goal is to get active, lose some weight, clear your mind, or just meet some awesome new people, this group is for you.
