What is your favorite museum in New England?

Probably the MFA, but it's been a while since I have been there. As a child it was the Peabody Essex - loved those ship models - and the Boston Museum of Science. Nationwide, as a baseball fan it's Cooperstown, and as an all-round geek, it's the various Smithsonians.

Do you know of any "hidden gems" that may be of interest to this group?

The Culinary Arts Museum at Johnson and Wales in Providence. If you are at all a foodie, you will find it fascinating.

I have lived in the Worcester area for 30+ years and have grown to really enjoy it. I'm open to most anything - sports, culture, concerts, you name it - but I have really enjoyed museums since I was very young.

What John D is saying about this Meetup Group
