What we're about

Come and join us for some lovely meditation and mindfulness. Step out of your busy world, relax and enjoy some quiet time and learn some techniques. We meet regularly and are now starting to run Loving Kindness groups - a lovely meditation which focuses on looking after ourselves and nurturing our bodies and minds at home and at work. We also run regular women's wellbeing and relaxation days.
