Guys/gals,

Just a follow-up on this thread about time tracking. 

I've been using Paymo now for the last week, and it's fabulous. Better than Harvest.
The UI and Project management aspect of the software is the best bit - providing very easy methods for Quoting, Invoicing, Client and Project tracking. It includes Paypal account syncing for online payments.

Apparently it also co-ordinates with Basecamp, Kashflow and Xero (untested by me) - and it's $10 a month.

Lovin it - but not earning an affiliate fee ;)

Making a choice might be harder than I thought :) - although Paymo offers a free account for a single user so it might be a good way to dip my toe in the water. It also offers integration with Basecamp and Xero (according to their website - http://www.paymo.biz/add-ons/) which most seem to offer as well.

I've written about MinuteDock which I integrate with Xero here : 

 

 

For me integration with Xero was important. I tried GetHarvest and its integration with Xero was rather manual, I felt like I was laying bricks! They say it will improve with new updates.

 

MinuteDock syncs effortlessly.

 

So if you are looking around, also check what you want it to work with!
