Talk info:
How many times have you been told how important it is to have a business plan?
However, how clear has it been what should be included and why you are doing it?
I have created a 4-part plan which attempts to simplify and clarify the process and make it more relevant.
This doesn't mean it will be any less technical or aim to achieve less. It will however be more useful and beneficial to your activities.

Sayers Solutions works with small businesses and non-profit organisations, helping them to be better at what they do. Providing marketing and strategy support, through coaching, training and consultation.
Many small organisations busy themselves with the tactics and activities, without understand why they are doing it and if they contribute towards the overall aims and strategic direction of business. Sayers Solutions provides a sounding board, as well as expert advice, to enable you to undertake the relevant activities needed for your success.

WordCamp Leeds
We are applying to run WordCamp Leeds, a 1 day conference later this year. We want to find out what you'd like from an event like this. Ideas, suggestions from other conferences, talk topics etc etc.

๐Ÿ“ฃ Why not speak at a future event?

We are always looking for people to come and speak at our events. So if you have an idea for a talk, a discussion or just want to show folks what you have been working on, please get in touch. You don't need to be a professional speaker or even to have spoken in a group before.

โ“Request a talk

If you don't want to do a talk, but are interested in hearing about a specific subject, or have an idea/problem, please get in touch and we will try and find someone who can help.
