Ken is a Technical Account Engineer at WordPress.com VIP. He teaches WordPress, podcasting, and crowdfunding at Emerson College in Boston, where he is on the adjunct faculty in the publishing department. Ken is also the host of the Polygamer and Transporter Lock audio podcasts and the YouTube channel Gamebits; editor of the Apple II magazine Juiced.GS; and freelance writer for Computerworld.com.
Jesse has been building websites for 20 years, and exclusively with WordPress since 2006. Jesse has written several books (https://www.amazon.com/Jesse-Friedman/e/B0082OBDUW/ref=dp_byline_cont_book_1), taught 100’s of students as a professor, and organized dozens of local meetups along with a few WordCamps.
Jesse has spoken at tech conferences around the world including SXSW, HOW, Future events and many more; and has consulted for a wide array of companies from small agencies to multi-billion dollar international companies.
Today Jesse is a proud team member of Jetpack (https://jetpack.com) at Automattic (https://automattic.com/work-with-us), where he spends his time working on partnership and marketing strategies.
Multidisciplinary UX Designer & Photographer at Automattic. Jeff began working with WordPress in 2005 when he began Midnight Shift Studio, a small design & development agency in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Over the past 4 years, Jeff has dedicated his time into crafting better marketing and product UX design for Jetpack and WordPress.com.
Chris is a Sales Engineer on the VIP team at Automattic, working on bringing enterprise publishers of all kinds to WordPress and the VIP’s platform and services. Prior to joining Automattic, he worked on developing some of the largest, high-profile sites using WordPress for clients like CBS, Disney, Discovery Channel, and more. Chris uses his past development experience to consult with prospective VIP clients on WordPress best practices to help sell VIP’s solutions.
