Freelancer advice and blog writing masterclass at this months (Wednesday) WordUp

Details

🚨 This months meetup has CHANGED to a WEDNESDAY - blame the bank holiday for confusing us!🚨

✌️ Two fantastic talks this evening all about growing your freelance business and how WordPress can help you.

✍️ We have the lovely Helen Beckingham talking about How to write a blog (that people actually want to read) -- Have you lost your blogging mojo? Helen will provide some inspiration with useful tips on how to create blog posts that engage readers from the first sentence to the last.

👨‍💻Gabor Javorszky is talking healthy freelance relationships -- "It doesn't work, fix it!" This is probably not a new phrase you told your developers at some point. It leads to back-and-forth, which can raise tensions. This talk is for anyone who works with freelancers or is a freelancer. Let's figure out how to work together efficiently by walking through a few examples of bad experiences, and possible workarounds while trying to understand all sides involved.

🍕 Of course all this comes with a chit chat and catchup with the WordPress community in Brighton, fuelled by drinks and pizza courtesy of our lovely sponsors Pragmatic!
