With this 30 Day Challenge we will guide you on a daily basis how to live a healthy active life for life. We will guide you how to eat the right thing at the right time. We will help you with small daily exercise routines that will help you get into even greater shape.

1. Eat More
The idea is that you don’t skip breakfast & eat more healthy foods. So have a shake to start off your day followed by healthy snacks, lunch and dinner.
