Yet, the most essential key of meditation is to be mindful and to be able to obtain self-love and self-respect. Meditation doesn't have to be perfect and it is individual. You can meditate at any time, any where,and in any style. What matters most is how we learn and understand the practicality of meditation in which can be applied to daily demanding life.
