Protecting Your Prints – Reducing Biometric Cyber Exposure

We are proud to offer an extremely informative Learn @ LOOM presentation by one of our Members, Mike Muscatell, a seasoned IT veteran with more than 25 years in the Information Security field. Mike is a security certified professional and certified ethical hacker so you won't want to miss this! What’s one of the most powerful and secure methods of identity access control? Your own DNA, of course! But what happens if someone steals it? Imagine your stolen fingerprints being used to access your bank accounts or your organization’s data? After all, recovering a stolen fingerprint is substantially tougher than changing a password. In this session, Mike will demonstrate, through a series of live demonstrations, just how easy it is to steal this information. Join him as he shares how to calculate your personal and business biometric risk and, more importantly, how to safeguard yourself and your company. We are expecting a large crowd for this presentation so you MUST RSVP via this link in order to ensure entry: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/lunch-learn-at-the-loom-protecting-your-prints-with-mike-muscatell-tickets-59717264947
