Do you experience anxiety, and want to connect with women who truly get how you feel? Bristol Worry Warriors is your safe space to be inspired, empowered, supported – and meet others on a similar journey. Let's get together to unwind, have fun, sample self-care, and take the steps to make friends with our minds.

Each month, we'll have 1-2 social events. And every so often, we can come together for Worry Workshops – to go through self-reflection exercises, group meditations/breathwork, and sharing our struggles and successes.
