Do you find yourself worrying about things you can’t control? Do you have negative thoughts running around your head? Do you feel like throwing your brain away? If so, Worry Warts No More! may be just the group for you. Worry Warts No More! is designed to help individuals decrease areas such as anxiety, worry, negative thoughts and perfectionism while increasing acceptance, mindfulness and serenity in their lives.

Casandra, the facilitator, is a lay person who knows how you feel. Casandra has a mental illness and has evolved over time from having a very worried and anxious mind to now having a still and serene mind. Would you like to know her secrets to such a transformation? She willingly and freely shares her knowledge and experience of tried and true principles with her own spin on them and shares self-discovered principles that have forever altered her life.

She is currently writing a book on the topics to be shared in this group. She is also offering free mentoring or life coaching to interested participants on a first come, first serve basis who really want to effect a change in their lives.

In bimonthly sessions, Casandra will lead meditation and mindfulness exercises, present topics for discussion, and give practical tips and strategies for homework to follow-up in subsequent sessions.
