-talk about what makes a good memoir, screenplay, novel

-learn about and discuss digital storytelling.
Gentle, morning yoga and movement and all writing exercises are intended for all levels. This retreat is perfect for the experienced, casual, and reluctant writer and artist.
The weekend is led by Mary Beth Coudal, a blogger and essayist, who owns and operates the Writers’ Boot Camp East and was formerly the staff writer for the Global Ministries and the senior writer for United Methodist Women. She has been published in the New York Times, Salon.com, and Self magazine and believes in the power of dangerous and authentic writing to transform lives.
