What we're about

Wu-Wei, in Chinese, literally means "non-doing." It is the development of a mental state in which our life just flows along as needed, effortlessly and without struggle, just as the planets rotate around the sun. This meditation training is a combination of multiple meditations, ancient and new age, focusing on the scientific aspects (mind training), training through the 10 levels of meditation, and the four major milestones. You will learn about meditation, the resources available to you, and will be provided with transitional guided meditations to get you from one level to the next, experiencing a deeper, richer meditation with faster results. The only requirement is the commitment to meditate daily. Start putting down in your journal what you want to accomplish through your meditation today and see you at the next class!

Intermediate Levels: Take control of your Life, Take control of your Mind

INTERMEDIATE GROUP Feel free to meetup with other Meditators from 6 to 7 PM prior to the group meditation. Join us to learn how to meditation and take yourself to the next level: where you control your mind, your stress and your life. Meditations are progressive and cumulative, meaning that the more you practice the better you will become at controlling your stress / relaxation response and removing those mental blocks that are holding you back from enjoying life. Our first meditation is a guided meditation, combining several different techniques to assist you to continually progress in your practice. Our second meditation is a self-study meditation, where you are able to apply what you have learned or just practice with others. If you would like - bring a cushion or mat to sit / lie on...wear comfortable clothes, feel free to have a meditation journal, and music will be provided for the group.
