This meetup is for anyone and everyone that is looking to improve their life with fitness and martial arts.
Whether your interests are to lose weight, gain strength, learn new skills, compete in a combat sport, or obtain self defense confidence, this group will provide resources and outlets for you to reach your goal!
We will be hosting regular classes for Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Weight Training, Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Sports Conditioning!
Come learn or improve your jabs, crosses, round kicks and more all while getting an amazing workout before the weekend starts! The hour will go by before you even realize you just burned 1000 calories!
Please plan to arrive by 9:45am so we can get everyone signed in, fitted for gear, and introduced to Coach Dwayne!
Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes, shoes are not allowed on the mats for the kickboxing class but you can wear socks if you'd like. We will provide all the gear you need to train! All you need to bring is your ID, a water bottle, and a willingness to learn!
