Fast Track is a sports conditioning class that will push you beyond what you think you're capable of. Incorporating all types of circuit training, turf drills, and strength exercises blended into a high intensity class that allows everyone to participate at their pace!
Please plan to arrive by 8:45am so we can get everyone signed in and introduced to the coach.
Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes! All you need to bring is your ID, a water bottle, and some excitement to get this work in :D
