We meet in the outdoor covered deck in Jordan quad.
The plan is to have three basic sections to each session:
1. Warm ups (qigong, stretching, shaolin forms, etc.)
2. Core training (dantian training, line drills, xingyi/bagua forms, two man drills, etc.)
3. Live drills (reaction drills, restricted sparring, free sparring, etc.)
