We meet in the outdoor covered deck in Jordan quad.
Each session will have three basic sections:
1. Warm ups (qigong, stretching, forms, line drills, etc.)
2. Partner drills (including 2 man forms, pad work, etc.)
3. Live drills (reaction drills, restricted sparring, free sparring, etc.)
