Location visible to members


We will start with a warm up run and then go over the basics of dragon boat paddle technique followed by approximately 60 mins of boat time. Please bring your running shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Rash guards, paddling jackets if you have it, would be helpful gear. You should prepare to get a little wet, so bring a towel and a change of clothes. Additionally, bring some water or gatorade. For new paddlers, we will provide the paddle and personal flotation device. Please allow for up to 3 hours for each practice session.
