YFood Tech Wednesdays is a monthly meetup for Food Tech startups and future-preneurs, held on the last Wednesday of each month.
We initially started YFood Tech Wednesdays in London over 3 years ago; we were Food Tech founders struggling to find support and solutions for the challenges we were facing. We looked to the tech community, and found we had too many niche challenges, then we looked to the food community but were faced with the same problem there. So, we decided to build our own community and put out a call to find other founders like us; founders that wanted to come together to solve the challenges we were all facing.
Over the last few years, we have created a powerful YFood Tech Wednesdays community with over 1,000 members made up of founders, startups, future-preneurs and larger brands.
Hosted on the final Wednesday of every month in a Central London location, this is your chance to meet like-minded people within the Food Tech ecosystem in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Each month there’ll also be a short talk from an established food tech founder with questions being opened up to the audience (the more questions and discussion the better so come ready to ask!) before drinks and networking. Previous speakers include Tessa Cook, co-founder of Olio, Noel Hunwick, co-founder of Inamo and Diogo Coutinho, former product lead at Just Eat.
You'll need to register for a FREE ticket at http://yfood.com/food-tech-wednesday/ RSVPing on Meetup only doesn't guarantee entry and as this is a free event and spaces can be limited, preference will be given to those who have already registered at yfood.com (http://yfood.com/)
