Looking for a workout buddy at the YMCA Mission Valley? I joined this Y a couple months ago and have gone off and on but not consistently. I've utilized their wellness training which has been helpful for upper body and I am very familiar with their cardio machines such as the treadmill, ellyptical, and stairmaster. However, sometimes I find it hard to hold myself accountable when I intend on going 4-5 times per week. I work during the work week, M-F and prefer to go in the evenings or on weekends. If anyone else has these same challenges, and would like to join so that we can encourage one another and go to the gym together, would be nice to have a workout buddy and see the group grow from there. I am not a professional athlete, nor am I a certified trainer, I am just looking for others to help motivate one another who are a member of this gym and keep each other on track for consistent exercise throughout the week!
