Pelepah Falls is made up of multiple series of cascades and waterfalls, a less commercialized waterfall located just beside the popular Kota Tinggi Waterfalls, 56km north of Johor Bahru.

The hike is fairly pleasant with the trail following the path of the stream. We will either be crossing or trekking along small streams where the water may reach up to waist level. The main challenge of the trek are the slippery rocks and a few steep sections where participants will need to scramble up slopes with the help of fixed ropes. Upon reaching the main cascade, we will rest for lunch and have a dip in one of the clear and cooling pools. (Full of Negative ions for ETERNAL Youth!)

Post trek, we will proceed to Kota Tinggi town for dinner followed by a river cruise along the river to catch sight of native and endangered fireflies lighting up the mangrove forest along the river bank.

*Trip will be postponed if rainfall is heavy as the river streams may swell up unexpectedly with potential for flash floods!

A 4 hour waterfall trek with multiple cascades, pools and waterfalls along the way.
A 1 hour cruise along the Kota Tinggi River where the mangrove forest is lit up by thousands of fireflies...
