We are ALL dancers! Every body is invited to join our yogadance workshop and Let your yoga dance! Yoga dance is a practice that promotes body, brain and spirit health whilst having fun. If you enjoy dancing, yoga, movement or music then you are likely to enjoy this. We focus on different aspects of our selves through yoga poses, dance and meditation. For all ages and complete beginners are welcome. You do not need to know yoga poses to be able to enjoy this practice. Why wait till after Christmas to start your new years resolutions.
