One hour Traditional Yoga Class for all levels at the park!
We go through 14 different yoga techniques that help us not only to work out and relax but also to rediscover our balance, harmony.

The journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

Please bring your mat a jumper (something warm to the end of the class) and an open mind.

No fixed cost. If you want you can leave a donation.
