This is a newly created group for anybody looking for a well - rounded, full body workout outdoors with an awesome community! All skill levels are welcome. This is a one hour class focusing on Yoga, breathing, cardio, strength training, and gratitude. If you are looking for a very results-oriented, consistent workout that offers the beautiful outdoors, with a positive like-minded community, this is for you! This workout is held at Hilton Head Park, every Saturday at 9 AM. Please bring: A Yoga mat, set of 3-5lb hand weights, towel and an "I'm worth it" attitude because it will be awesome!
