    Are you looking for a creative way to achieve FOCUS, CLARITY, & RELAXATION, while deepening your INTUITION and developing a SACRED CREATIVE PRACTICE? Please join me in circle with the YOGA by the SEA community, as we connect with the creation of sacred mandalas through creative meditation. Mandalas are a form of sacred geometry whose patterns could be found in natural forms, like flowers, snowflakes, nautical shells, and honeycombs. Mandalas have been used for centuries, in some sort of form or fashion, by different cultures and religions throughout the world. It is represented by a circle, which is a symbol for life, and the creation of mandalas have been used as a form of meditation, ritual, healing, inspiration, and self-expression. You will create your very own unique mandala creation and experience the benefits of meditation and relaxation, while exercising your creative mind and embracing present moment awareness. You will also deepen your practice of using the power of intention to create positive changes in your life, while creating artwork that is both beautiful and meaningful.
