Come and join Chef Tahera, author of the "Simply Indian and Simply More Indian" cookbooks, on a fabulous culinary tour through our great food cities of India and Pakistan. Learn how to prepare traditional dishes from these countries such as Paneer Tikka, a variety of Pakoras, Punjabi Chole, Aloo Gobi, Palak Paneer, South Indian dishes such as Idli and Sambhar. A variety of Daal curries Veggie Rice and the famous 9 jewel rice will also be done. Time permitting, a couple of deserts will be done too. Course fee includes ingredients. Please bring an apron and a couple of containers to take home your savoury creations.
