• Trolley Five Volunteer Call Out - Saturday Sept 15 at 2:00 pm
The Calgary Ski Club invites ALL to come to our Trolley 5 Informational Fun event on Saturday, September 15th at 2:00 pm. While you are learning all this information, we will ply you with appetizers and food stations for your enjoyment. You will, however, have to buy your own drinks. You will learn how to earn CSC loyalty points to help reduce costs of planned events - including trips! You will learn about the great opportunities provided to those who volunteer to work on our behalf at the Calgary New and Used Ski Sale in October where triple points are awarded. This event allows the Club to subsidize the buses for these trips. You will learn about our Casino event scheduled this year on September 22nd and 23rd. This event allows our jackrabbit program to be offered free to the kids - it also covers the costs of keeping Shaganappi groomed for you cross country skiers! This will be a fun - and informative - event where we hope to encourage you to spend a little time volunteering on our behalf to reap huge benefits! Bring your friends, bring your spouse - but - sorry - don't bring the kids.

  • SHAGANAPPI STORAGE AREA CLEAN-UP - WORK CREW NEEDED!
The Calgary Ski Club is looking for willing, able bodies to do clean up and organization at the Shaganappi Golf Course Storage Sheds. (This is where all the tracksetting equipment is stored). We will even provide a light 'supper' of sandwiches and sweets as well as coffee and water. CSC points will be awarded to those who attend! If you think you can give the Ski Club some time on Thursday, August 16th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm - then please RSVP yes:) for catering purposes. Bring work gloves, work boots or shoes - and rain gear in case of showers. CSC will provide maintenance supplies. Cancellation will only occur if there is HEAVY rain.
