Price: CA$25.00 /per person
Location image of event venue

Overnight trip booked for ACC's Elk Lake's Hut! We'll ski in on the Saturday, share a meal, and breakfast, and then ski back out on the Sunday. A good excuse for a retreat. 10 spots have been reserved for the weekend. We will be sharing the hut with other hut-goers. Participants must be comfortable herringbone and snowplowing, with a backpack.

We will be meeting Wednesday, Feb. 13th, 2019 at 7pm at the Lazy Loaf and Kettle to coordinate shared food (dinner, breakfast) and any advance carpooling arrangements.

The route follows the Elk Pass trail up to the top of the hydroline where the picnic bench is - this is roughly halfway. At that point, we will follow the hydroline which will take us to the hut. Note: If we're lucky, the trail will be skier packed, but come prepared for more powdery conditions. Some skiers may prefer metal edges. Full AT/backcountry skis shouldn't be necessary.
