Want to try something really different with your sitting? "Yaza" (night-sit) is the Zen practice of meditating all night long. For Yaza we will begin at 11 pm and finish at 5 am. In between we will do sitting meditation, walking meditation, have a light snack, and drink plenty of caffeine. You will have a unique opportunity to explore your practice from a new perspective, and learn concrete techniques for sitting with extreme tiredness. So come join us for the Yaza and stay the whole night at ATS! You can, of course, leave at any time. Requirements: human body, sense of humor.
