Karl says the concept of identity combined with leadership is potent combination. It relates to us all in surprising ways and useful for everybody as it can be applied in any life situation. Who is Karl Pearsall? Karl shares that in a previous life he built a team of 100 people when he created an international dance music brand in 1989. It made him a lot of money and he became the most successful nightclub promoter in London for 2 years. After that he felt mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually broken and went on a personal journey. Karl invested over 100 days in NLP training in the 90’s to build his own ‘21st century mindset’, he says that he continues to invest in himself although insists that he is no longer a seminar junkie preferring to learn from his YES Group peers, the speakers, trainers and facilitators that he meets as he develops new YES Group’s. Karl’s purpose in sharing his experience is to pass on his knowledge and to drive the YES Group mission ‘A world where everyone has access to a peer group that inspires them to grow and contribute’. Each year Yes Group Norwich organises or participates in a variety of social projects including Norfolk Basket Brigade inspired by the Anthony Robbins Foundation which collects and distributes food to those in need at Christmas time.
