Yogis of ALL LEVELS WELCOME. In this 45 min. Yin yoga practice, I will guide you through a calming meditation to bring awareness to the breath. Yin & restorative postures are great for accommodating injuries, tight muscles, and will always be practiced with plenty of props for comfort in finding your yoga edge! Reiki is offered, but optional if not comfortable. Healing within the physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual planes for the student wishing to go deeper within.
