What we're about

This group is for anyone interested in yoga, holistic wellness and meditation. Join us for our weekly Yin Yang Yoga sessions (Saturday mornings) as we practise yoga with a particular focus on breath, mindfulness and proper alignment. This session is suitable for beginners. Detailed instructions will be given for every pose to ensure participants' safety and that participants receive the full benefits of every yoga posture.

Yin Yang Yoga incorporates both elements of strength (yang) and flexibility (yin) for a more balanced yoga practice. A typical 1-hour session comprises around 40 minutes of more active, strength-building and endurance-based postures, while 20 minutes will be dedicated to more relaxing poses which are held for a longer time to facilitate stretching. Openness in our bodies happens over time with dedicated practice, and even the most "inflexible" or "stiff" person will be able to feel more joy and openness in their bodies with patience and practice.

Class size is limited to 10 pax so that enough attention can be given to all participants. Please bring your own mat. You may also wish to bring a bottle and towel. Please come in comfortable attire and arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in for class.
