What we're about

This is a professional yoga therapy & meditation studio with yoga classes held in the Botanic Gardens and The City every Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. We have different class types and well designed syllabus in every session. The atmosphere is relax and friendly - we encourage yogis to mingle, and, we also respect your wish if it is to remain silent and simply enjoy the practice. The group leader is a Yoga Therapist and a meditation teacher with close to 20 years of inward journey experience.

Both yoga and meditation classes are suitable for ALL levels. We use yoga and meditation to melt our tension & stress away and have a relaxing time connecting with ourselves. An experience that you will relish for the rest of the week.

Botanic Gardens classes are held within open-air shaded/sheltered areas. This yoga studio has a strong culture that emphasizes on mindfulness practice - that yoga postures create the window to lead you to unite with your mind.


Kindly note our classes are fee-paying. Our teachers go for continual professional upgrading, and we deliberately keep the class size small so that every participant gets quality guidance from the teachers. What you pay, you receive in return a professionally guided yoga session conducted with a smooth and neat schedule. Get your yoga/meditation boost, and off you go with that extra energy intake to enjoy the rest of the day.
