Some yoga experience beneficial, contact Deborah for more information on the classes and suitability. £8 per class.

The classes are based on a 10-week progressive programme which will guide students towards a pre-determined goal such as working towards peak poses, developing certain aspects of fitness or will have a seasonal influence.

On completion of the 10-week course (which will be a rolling programme) students will have gained improved fitness, mastery of practiced postures, opportunities to explore relaxation techniques, body awareness and confidence.

Open Hatha yoga class for all. Come along for an inspiring and uplifting class which will balance your body and mind through movement and stillness. The class is ideal for those relatively new to yoga in order to learn the foundations properly, as well as more advanced students wishing to enhance their practice. Some yoga experience preferred but not essential. Contact Deborah for more information. The classes are based on a progressive programme which will guide students towards a pre-determined goal such as working towards peak poses, developing certain aspects of fitness or will have a seasonal influence.
