Yoga Lessons on the Park, we will enjoy practicing Yoga & Meditation in London. Take your Yoga Mat or Towel and join us, your will be able to bring some discipline in your live and being able to better connect with yourself, getting the feeling of being calm and relax by controlling your breath, your body and your mind. Take the time to get aligned with yourself, to align your breath, your body and your mind with the nature. All levels welcome, Beginners welcome. We will start at 17:00, and we will be doing:
- Preparation to warm up
- Pranayama to control your breath
- Asanas to control your body
- Relaxation to prepare the meditation
- Meditation to control your mind
- Closing exercise to energize your body and mind
Bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water, also warm clothes for the relaxation and meditation phase.
