Come to join our Sivananda yoga besed Hatha yoga combining with Kirtan the singing yoga.
Practicing Yoga is not only about becoming flexible and toned, it's about control the breath, being able to relax from deep level and being peaceful within one self and with surroundings.

We run a class for 1 and half hours and it includes Pranayama and lots of relaxations!
And at the end of Yoga class, we will have a Kirtan session. We call it ''Singing Yoga''.
Anyone who like to sing they certanly join us to sing or just simply sit around and enjoy the poweful and spiritual kirtan vibes.
It's for anyone who loves the gentle but effective yoga and Enjoy the beautiful sound of Kirtan or had never had a experience for both and willing to try them for the first time!

Ever since I have started Yoga, I grew stronger, more focused and became peaceful with myself and with others...and more, gaining flexibility phisically and mentally.

I love the combination of Pranayama and classical yoga asana and lots of relaxation in the class to achive feeling reinvigorated and refleshed and being peaceful on and off the mat!

I am certified Reflexologist, Thai Massage practitiober, Aromatherapist, Baby Massage Instructor, Postnatal Yoga Instructor, and certified Sivananda yoga RYT-200

Kirtan Leader...Masako

Masako moved to the UK in 2000 to be married to her husband. As well as being a mother of two sons, she is an accredited practitioner of homeopathy and Access Consciousness Bars. She is also a Reiki Master.

Through her self-searching journey, she has realised that true happiness and joy lies in the awareness of living the life being true to oneself. With this in mind, she looks at her clients as the trinity of Body,

Mind and Soul and treat them as a whole.

Masako believes that creating harmony within oneself and achieving harmony in relationships will lead to bringing harmony to the earth and the universe. As her contribution to bringing harmony to wider community, she regularly organises various events under the banner of “Shanti Day”. She hopes for people who attend the events to experience healing and reconnection to their heart.

A few years ago, Masako has experienced returning to be a pure soul through Kirtan, a form of singing meditation. Since then she is learning Kirtan under Master Narayani, and she also organises workshops she named as “Singing Yoga”.
