About The Group  

This group is for anyone interested in learning simple practices based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics. The practices activate the joints, muscles, and energy, but they do not require any particular fitness level or previous experience and can be done anywhere. In the sessions you will learn how to practice the meditations so that you can do them in your own time and space, or come back for group sessions where you can do them with others.

About Vaneeta

I'm a Classical Yoga Teacher trained under Yogi and Mystic, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. I am also a nutritional therapist and wellbeing coach. 

About The Sessions

The sessions are FREE or for a small fee, and will be run in small groups either in my meditation space in north London or my home in east London. 

About Sadhguru

The practices have been designed or pased down by Sadhguru, founder of the Isha Foundation. His vision is to offer the Science of Inner Well-Being to every human being. Before joining this group perhaps watch this 3 minute video to see if his teachings and philosophy resonate with you.

About Inner Engineering 

The Upa Yoga and Isha Kriya practices are more than enough for you to live well, but if after doing them for a while you find yourself searching for something more, then the next step would be to do Inner Engineering. It is best explained by Sadhguru in this 8 min video
