30 minutes of a moderately engaging creative Vinyasa practice to activate and relax your muscles, joints, and mind. Followed by
20 minutes of guided meditation starting with posture, breathing, and other key meditation anchors. We'll do deep breathing leading into a body scan relaxation with visualization exercise.

Concluding with 10 minutes for discussion and introductions. Please bring yourself, a yoga mat, optional meditation cushion or prop, and all your vibes!

Afterwards the space will be open to share your healing arts, crystals, cards, or hang out on the slack-line. This will probably lead into the acro-yoga group. See ya at the park!
