We are a supportive community of like-minded, empowering people that want to grow and contribute to the betterment of the world. We believe it all starts with nurturing yourself, building a solid foundation, by which we can support others. This group is part of that support.

Calm, focus, peace, bliss, joy, healing, rejuvenation & relaxation - these are often words used to describe the effects of a meditation practice. There are a myriad of types of meditation and we will explore many of them. From MBSR and Third Eye Meditation to Yoga Nidra we will delve into these practices and discover the beauty of each. THERE IS NO FEE FOR THIS EVENT:)
Each month we will explore different mediation modalities. Our practice will begin with a light warmup and a "stilling of the mind" centering, followed by our meditation practice. We will end with herbal tea and a discussion about our experiences during meditation. In addition, we will choose books to read each month to deepen our practice. Please bring a journal and your curiosity. This class will meet once a month on or about the 3rd or 4th Sunday of the month at our Personal Training/Yoga Facility, The Strength Network - AHP, 5 Jill Ct, Bldg 14 Suite 16, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 (You will see our sandwich board at the end of our street). I will keep you updated each month as to the dates for the following month.
