Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga will help you balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and give awareness to live life with harmony. Each class contains warm up exercises, kriyas (set of exercises with a specific intend, for example: Relaxation and Releasing Fear, Flexibility of the Spine, Strengthening the Heart Center, etc.), deep relaxation (it is helping you integrate, consolidate and balance energies of your body which were stimulated during the physical exercises), and meditation. Each class is one hour and a half long. Price: $15 per class, $70 for 5 classes, $130 for 10 classes Wear suitable clothing, and bring a blanket to keep your body comfortably warm during deep relaxation and meditation, and water to drink! Click here (http://kundaliniyo.blogspot.com/p/what-is-kundalini-yoga.html) to know more about Kundalini Yoga. GENERAL GUIDELINES Do not eat anything heavy for three hours before you practice. A light snack such as a piece of fruit is sufficient to sustain you. Drink plenty of water! Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. It's best to do yoga barefoot, to conduct the electromagnetic energy through nerve endings in the feet. Choose a suitable surface to practice on. A rug, thick blanket or standard yoga mat will all suffice. Use a shawl or blanket to cover yourself during deep relaxation, and to keep your spine and shoulder warm during the meditation. Never practice yoga under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are taking medication under the supervision of a physician, consult him/her before proceeding. Don't aggravate existing injury. If you are creative, you can work around it and ultimately help the healing process. Click here (http://kundaliniyo.blogspot.in) to know more about me and my other services!
