This is a friendly, local community group for anyone interested in yoga, mindfulness or meditation as a practical technique for living a healthier, happier life.

Weekly yoga classes take place in and around Loughborough with a level to suit everyone.

Mondays 18:30-19:30; Gentle Flow, suitable for beginners
Woodhouse Eaves Annexe, LE12 8RZ

Wednesdays 19:15-20:15; Vinyasa Flow, Level 1-2
Gorse Covert Community Centre, Loughborough

Thursdays 18:30-19:45; Slow Flow, Level 1-2

I also run 8-week Mindfulness courses a few times a year in Woodhouse Eaves Annexe, LE12 8RZ. The structured course comprises of 8 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.

Over the course of the 8 weeks you will learn more about mindfulness; practice a series of techniques to bring your attention to the present moment; meet like-minded people who are interested in mindfulness or meditation.

The course aims to help you in better taking care of yourself and in getting the most out of your everyday experiences.
