What we're about

This group is for people who are interested in enhancing their well-being through mindful physical activity while out in nature.
We will draw on the "every day" teachings of Yoga to meet ourselves exactly where we are today without judgment; the teachings of mindfulness to help us be in the here-and-now and strengthen our "mental muscle" and Nordic Walking for physical strength and stamina.
Led by TillyLou James, Physiotherapist, Yoga teacher and Nordic Walking UK instructor.
