This group is for people who are interested in yoga and mindfulness meditation through physical movements. I run three all levels suitable classes weekly, Monday 6.30 - 7.45pm, Wednesday 9.30 - 10.45am, and Saturday 9.30 - 10.30am at the Parsonage Farm School in Farnborough GU14 9TT.
Monday and Saturday sessions are more vigorous flows of yoga practice that demands some physical movements and cardiac exercises. The flow of Vinyasasm will be added in between each pose to another. There will be enough variations for individual ability.
The Wednesday morning classes are Yin-Flow. When I first started the meditation practice, I had some difficulty sitting still whilst meditating. Therefore, in this class, I use the slow movement of Yin Yoga poses to compliment the meditation, and there will be enough time between one pose and another to settle the mind into the Samadhi state of mind, however, there will be sufficient muscle movement to ease off from the stillness and stiffness.
Option 1: £120 valid 90 days for the Unlimited number of practice, or as cheap as £3.33 per class. This package starts counting from the day money received. This package is suitable for a regular weekly practice of ONE or TWO or THREE class.
Option 2: £80 for a brick of 10 classes, valid 12 weeks, start counting from the 1st class of your practice. This package is suitable for a regular practice ONE a week.
Option 3: £10 for a drop in practice.
THE FIRST TRIAL IS FREE ON WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY!
I have some spare yoga mats and all necessary props. You are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and avoid heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get yourself ready and socialised.
I also run several yoga workshops and retreats a year that sometimes collaborates with other health concerns e.g., nutritional.
