Yoga Under the Sun is to inspire doing yoga outdoors during warmish weather. Have you never tried yoga, or do you practice yoga daily? Join us. All are welcome to Yoga Under the Sun.
Yoga Style: Our yoga style is based in Vinyasa. Don't worry if you don't know what that means. The goal is to breath, move, hold poses, build strength, flexibility and confidence.
Where? Parks in and around the Davis area during warm months.
When? We'll probably meet Thursday evenings at 6pm.
What to bring? A yoga towel or mat, a sweater or some layers as it can get chilly towards the end and during Shavasana as your body cools down.
Why? Because you can. And it's yoga. In a park. (A must try)!
Who's this for? You. I've taught yoga to children, adults, blind and hearing impaired people and seniors. My oldest students are 92 and blind. Yoga is truly for all!
