Welcome to Yoga, a way of life. As the name suggests, we come together to practice yoga asanas. At the same time, the focus of the group is not only to practice asanas. We will also practice some simple yoga techniques such as breathing exercises, pranayamas and mind techniques to bring calmness to the mind.
So if you haven't tried Yoga asanas or have tried it a earlier, would like to start your journey of physical and mental well being, this is a perfect group. Someone who would like to try some simple yoga techniques to use in everyday life, this is the group to be in.
