What we're about

Twice a year, at the change of season (in April and October), we retreat to a quiet rural spot for few days and take some time to do a yearly detox, slow down, recharge, and retune to rebalance body and mind, and ready ourselves for the period ahead.

We practice yoga, pranayama and meditation, eat wonderful vegan meals prepared in Ayurvedic style, do daily detox and self-care practices as prescribed in 5000 year old literature of Charavaka Samhita, take walks, do some intention setting practices and relax completely.
