Multi-level yoga class offered every other weekend. I will guide you through some Vinyasa style moves under the shady tree and sails. Modifications will be offered to suit different levels of practice and you will be encouraged to go at your own pace. If you would like to sculpt a leaner, stronger body, release stress and fatigue, be in a supportive environment with great people, and enjoy being outdoors, this class is for you! Please note revised time: Yoga starts @ 10:30am and runs about 60 minutes long. Please arrive by 10:20 to secure your spot and sign-in. Don't forget your yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. • Lawn Yoga for EveryBody (outdoors at IFN Studio)

You will be guided through some Vinyasa style moves under the shady tree and sails. Modifications will be offered to suit different levels of practice and you will be encouraged to go at your own pace. If you would like to sculpt a leaner, stronger body, release stress and fatigue, be in a supportive environment with great people, and enjoy being outdoors, this class is for you!

•Small Group and Easy Does It Yoga (indoors at IFN Studio)

With a max of 6 attendees, this class offers a bit slower flow and more personalized instruction than traditional style yoga classes. Poses/asanas will be tailored to be gentle enough for beginners or more challenging for athletes. Among the many benefits are increased flexibility, greater sense of balance, increased strength, mental clarity, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

• Mixed-level Vinyasa Yoga (indoors at Alvarado Hospital)

This class connects breath to movement and offers a good remedy to balance the mind and body. It improves concentration, mental focus, balance, and flexibility.

Brenda is a Registered Nurse, RYT yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, and music lover. With this background, she understands the science behind yoga’s healing abilities and enjoys the creativity in creating a playlist and a yoga sequence which will make the entire experience joyful for all. She teaches with humor, kindness and compassion and classes are appropriate for beginner to intermediate levels from teens to seniors.
